Adult Grief & Loss Support Group
The loss of a loved one can impact every aspect of life. Whether your loss is recent or occurred years ago, grief can bring feelings of sadness, loneliness, anger, guilt, anxiety, and uncertainty. This in-person support group provides a compassionate space for adults to process their grief alongside others who understand the experience of loss.
Participants will explore the grieving process, learn healthy coping strategies, share experiences, and receive support in navigating life after loss. Discussions may include adjusting to change, managing difficult emotions, honoring memories, rebuilding routines, and finding meaning while carrying grief forward.
You do not have to face grief alone. This group offers connection, support, and practical tools for healing.
For adults ages 18 and older who have experienced the death of a loved one.
