The transition from middle school to high school can bring excitement, nervousness, and many new challenges. This in-person group is designed to help rising ninth graders build confidence and develop the skills needed for a successful start to high school.

Participants will explore topics such as managing academic expectations, organization and study skills, making new friends, handling peer pressure, self-confidence, emotional regulation, stress management, and navigating social situations. Group members will also have the opportunity to discuss concerns, ask questions, and learn practical strategies for managing change.

This supportive environment helps students feel more prepared, connected, and confident as they enter high school.
