Beginning middle school is a big transition that often comes with new expectations, increased independence, and changing friendships. This in-person group helps rising sixth graders prepare for middle school while building confidence and coping skills.

Participants will learn strategies for organization, time management, emotional regulation, problem-solving, communication, and navigating social challenges. The group provides a supportive space to discuss worries, ask questions, and connect with peers who are experiencing similar feelings about the transition.

Students will leave with practical tools to help them manage stress, build healthy friendships, and approach middle school with greater confidence.

For students entering 6th grade.
